Certified Public Accountant
Fred Ezepue is a Certified Public Accountant that graduated from New Jersey City University in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration, accounting concentration. His accounting practice is "EZEPUE CPA, LLC". Fred has two children Fred Jnr and Tiffany. Fred Jnr is a physical therapist and Tiffany is a medical doctor in residency program.
Mark V Kuminski

As a managing partner at Levinson Axelrod, P.A., Mark is an integral part of our law firm’s representation of accident victims. Michael Rayner

Michael Rayer is a experienced prosthetist who brings his extensive automation and mechanical engineering background to upper extremity prosthetics. He is committed to improving current prosthetic designs and refining industry techniques.
Mike graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his graduate education at the University of Connecticut Medical School and Newington Children's Hospital and has been certified by the American Board of Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics since 2002. In 2015, Mike was named to the National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics (NAAOP) Board of Directors. The NAAOP is dedicated to educating the public and promoting public policy that is in the interest of the O&P patient.
Ajul Shah
MD, FACS, Physician
Dr. Ajul Shah is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with a Sub-specialty Board Certification in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. He has advanced fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery and microsurgery, as well as extensive training at institutions such as Yale University and New York University. Dr. Shah offers thoughtful solutions to complex surgical problems. His compassionate nature provides patients with a sense of safety and comfort during challenging times in their lives.

Dr. Shah has published numerous articles and book chapters and remains on the forefront of research and surgical innovation. He has held several leadership positions and received numerous awards. Prior to joining The Plastic Surgery Center, he was appointed as the Chief and Medical Director of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Bayfront Health Saint Petersburg, a trauma center and tertiary care referral center. While serving as the Medical Director at Bayfront Health, he specialized in extremity reconstruction and limb salvage.
Alta Fried
Certified Hand Therapist and Hand Therapy Director
Alta joins the clinical team at Atlantic Physical Therapy Center after having completed extensive training in the treatment of the hand and upper extremity. After graduating summa cum laude from Salus University in 2014, Alta went on to complete fellowship training at the prestigious Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center and has since completed over 4,000 hours in hand therapy practice to receive her Certification in Hand Therapy.
Additionally, Alta has presented at state conferences and has published articles in Advance Magazine and ASHT Times, both being nationally distributed magazines for occupational therapists. Her training includes a wide variety of conditions, with a special interest in complex traumatic hand injuries. Her passion for hand therapy was born after she suffered a severe degloving injury to her left hand from a rollover motor vehicle accident. It was during those grueling yet rewarding hand therapy sessions that Alta developed her love and passion for hand therapy. Now, she has devoted her career to hand therapy and helping patients in similar situations to her own.

Risa Reali Silverman , 57 years old, live in Monroe, NJ, mother of 3 children, Marc, Rachel and Joshua, work as a sales manager at the Whitehouse Blackmarket at the shops of Old Bridge, married to Steven Silverman for 35 years and a recent grandmother of two boys.

I am the Prosthetic Specialist for Prosthetic Innovations. I specialize in upper and lower extremity prosthetic socket design, alignment, fabrication, cosmetic design, microprocessor calibration and direct marketing operations.
We utilize state of the art equipment in fabricating custom high-end hard carbon fiber sockets and flexible liners, made out of durable and modifiable thermo-plastics.
